Artist bio
Lia (6) (りあ) is a j-pop singer who is best known for her work in the anime series AIR, with songs such as Tori no Uta (鳥の詩) and Farewell song. Her music has also been featured in the games Tomoyo After ~It's a Wonderful Life~ (智代アフター ~It's a Wonderful Life~); the game Beatmania IIDX; the MMORPG RFOnline Japanese version; and the anime Initial D Fourth Stage.

- She then released her first single with I've, SHIFT -sedai no mukou- (SHIFT -世代の向こう-). After this she released her final song with I've, Disintegration, on the compilation of the same name.
During the two year transition to her current label, Queen's Label, she has been featured on quite a few happy hardcore and trance compilations. enigmatic LIA, a happy hardcore/trance style remix album, displays this. Her debut solo album on Queen's Label is the album prismatic. Since then she has released three more albums: Colors of Life, gift, and dearly. Colors of Life and gift show yet another side of Lia: classical, thanks to composer Hitoshi Sakimoto (崎元仁). The follower to her remix album, enigmatic LIA2, was released on 12/29/2006, featuring remixes by Qurter, Omega Force and teranoid & MC Natsack.
Recently, on the 20th of June 2007, Lia (6) released a compilation box set titled 'Lia & LIA COLLECTION ALBUM-Special Limited BOX-'. The box set includes 3 volumes: Vol.1-「Diamond Days」, Vol.2-「Crystal Voice」 and Vol.3-「SPECTRUM RAYS」.
Both 「Diamond Days」 and 「Crystal Voice」 contain most of Lia's I've style works(Light Colors, Tori no Uta, Farewell Song, etc.) as well as other songs following the same style, whilst「SPECTRUM RAYS」 consists of her trance style, including remixes of songs from the previous volumes, like Tori no Uta.
The set also came with a music only live version of Lia's song Aozora.
